    How to cnvert 2 avi files to one

    I am converting avi files to burn to dvdr.
    but for example when I get a movie it is in two parts.
    How can I unite these together
    somehow the file was 1 but has been ripped in two
    There has to be a simple way

      Load the first file into virtualdub.
      Select File->'append avi segment' and select the second part.
      Select video->'direct stream copy' and audio->'direct stream copy.
      Select file->'save as avi'

      If virtualdub complain that the avi contain an improper vbr audio stream, use nandub instead.

      You can get both tool in the download section at www.divx-digest.com

          Ofcause if you do it like I told you, the result won't be playable on standalone DVD players.
