I am trying to burn a dvd for the first time. I have sonic digital LE v7. preinstalled on both computers, a Dell and an HP laptop.Same problem on both. The dvd with the info burns but when both machines prompt me to put in the dvd, both machines do not see the blank dvd. I went to the store thinking i had bought defective dvd's New package, different brand same problem. Could it it be something in tne settings. Any help will be appreciated
