No, in the vast majority of countries worldwide

just read the rules, we try to abide by the laws

there just seems to be alot of talk about the legal issue of even backing up your own movies or even recording shows that comes on your tv thought was would be a great subject

Unfortunately it's a worn out one, like an old tire and inappropriate, but like a bad penny always comes back.
