Where to find non-slip fluid

I was reading a how to clean heads from VCR according to a technician with years in the field and seem very confident... he recommended to use this fluid to clean the rubber pinch roller on the VCR that will both clean and recondition the thing. However I got all that he asked... except this... which can no be found. Before you ask me if I try ebay or reselleratings or around google I say you should see that I empty all posibilities.

that the pinch roller can be clean with alcohol and not matter if it dries out and die it has to be changed every 1-2 year anyway or every 1500 hours, other say don't use alcohol instead use mild soap water for it...
-On here it says is safe to use alcohol Isopropyl (I can't believe it)

What you are looking for is a fluid called rubber rejuvenator. The last bottle I got was manufacturer by Teac corp. But I can not remember where I purchased the fluid. I guess you can do a Google search too find it.

Isopropyl alcohol works just as well as the rejuvinator fluid from Teac. The bigger advantage with the alcohol is that its about 99 cents for a large bottle, it makes the surface of the pinch roller soft and grippy, which is what we want in a pinch roller, not solid and slippery where the surface is reflective, and the alcohol evaporates away unlike the rejuvinator stuff that lingers around a bit, quite possibly getting on the tape if you dont let it dry enough.

Ive got 35+ years experience with this stuff.....and I would use the alcohol anyday over the "official" type cleaners. Ive used alcohol on reel to reel pinch rollers, cassette deck pinch rollers and even 8-track rollers when I used to re-wind those 8-track cartridges. You can use alcohol on the old idler tires that VCR's and turntables used to use. I have saved many machines that used the old idler tire wheel, quick fix, quick 40 bucks per unit, and when the VCR was the king, that alcohol technique helped me make more money in my shop than fixing tv's!!!
