    Video Annotation Software?

I work at a psychology research lab and we were looking for software that is able to annotate/append notes to video clips. Basically, we need something:
    • somewhat easy to use
    • can append many variables (such as A for smile, B for frown) to specific times/frames in a video clip
    • be able to export all the annotations for analysis
Is there any software that can do this?

    Welcome to the forum

What do you mean by append? text-based subtitles might do the trick, you could try something like Subtitle Workshop

      Hey thanks!
I guess what I meant by appending notes/annotation was to have notes that could be associated with specific times in the video clip, such as "1:30.67 - Participant Smiles"
Thanks for the subtitle suggestion, that might work
