Itunes has encountered a problem
Recently for the first time as i update my ipod the standard windows message appears "itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close" I have tryed everything such as re installing and removing usless stuff on my computer. HOWEVER as i run a norton antivirus scan it comes up with the message "Norton Antivirus has encountered an internal program error" !! HELP
