Combining clips from 2 DVD's

Is there any way (using dvdshrink or something like it) to take two different clips from two different DVD's and put them onto the same disk? I want to put my two fav episodes of the x-files on the same disk and they are from different disks and different years (first person shooter and kill switch). What I don't want to do is rip to an mpg and them burn from there since you seem to loose quality in the conversion process.

rip both disks to your hard Drive then reauthor each clip with shrink

To add a bit more detail to NightTran's, once you have both discs on the pc's drive, Reauthor mode allows you to select individual segments from each (or any) dvd folder, to place on a single blank dvd.
