[Ulead VideoStudio 10] Problem: Video Filter menu is gone, please help.

I have just started trying Ulead VideoStudio 10 and have a critical problem.

At first, I could play it normally. There are many library menus such as Video, Audio, Title and, of course, Video Filter.



But after I used for a day, without deletion of any files in program files folder, this menu was gone out and I can't call it back into the application.



I've checked the "vfx_plug" and "vft_plug" folders in application path and they do both still exist.

Could anyone help me please.

Try reinstalling....

Done it already, but no change.

There should be one folder in your main program folder where you should have all your Video Filter files. Check the content of that folder.

If the files are not there and a re installation is not fixing it, then those must have been third party ones.
