    How do u Read SD and HD video scopes for QC purposes?

    What does these terms mean up conversions / cross conversion / down conversions?

    What else should a Tape operator know or do please?

    Use the search function. Read up what you can on Wikipedia. Try to get an apprenticeship. Reading a scope is one thing, knowing how to interpret the results takes experience.
