I have burned a lot of dvd's using shrink but haven't been able to get captions to come through when I reauthor. I hate it when I burn a dvd and then find out that it had captions and have to redo it again or do full backup of the movie.Comment

The subpicture settings are in the "compression" tab when using the reauthor feature. Make sure you aren't removing them during the rip...BTW, we can't talk about ripping protected content.

I'm sorry - we longer support DVD Shrink. I had assumed you were talking about Ner0 Recode, which also has this feature.

You should only use genuine Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media. Many thanks to www.pcx.com.au for their supply and great service.
