AVI DivX format run but only shows i pic and plays auido!

i have downloaded a AVI DivX format movie of Doom III and it dosn't play properly. It only shows i pic (instead of playing the movie clip. it just plays the audio for about 10mins! I put it in Adobe Premiere 5.1 and sometimes i get it to play it properly but it won't run in any other media player softwares. Here is a description of the movie;

Try placing the file in kazza and then play it, let me know how it goes.
