Power Director

I need some help with Power Director.
When I import a previously captured AVI file from my hard disk, I do not get any sound.
What am I doing wrong?
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Hi there Keith,

I have Power Director 4 & Power Producer 3 which came with Aver Media Capture card, and was advised by Cyberlink to upgrade to P D version 6. It seem to be much better now.

I am on PAL system, so please tell me which version you have, as although I am still a novice, I may be able to help in some way.
