noob here looking for assistance with how best to take a clip from a dvd to play in microsoft's 2007 powerpoint. I have currently tried packages that rip and convert at the sametime and have ripped and then converted. so far not much difference noticed using avi with msmpeg4 with mostly auto settings.
what would be great to here would be explanations like what is pixel format or deinterlace and which format and codec the best way to proceed or how to get red of the boxy look seen at times with faster motion in the clip.
very open to any tools or codec or formatting recommendations that presents the clip as on the dvd within powerpoint.
