the last time i tried to purchase songs and videos from itunes store I got some message about it not being available in my country. what nonsense

two questions

1. is there any other reliable website like itunes store where i can buy ipod type albums and music videos?
2. does anybody have any experience buying from iTunes Store??

apparently iTunes Store wont be accessable in my country for the next 100 years. is there any other place where i can buy music and videous?
