New And Strange Folder

When I went into My Documents I sound a folder called My Data Sources. I added an image to show what the folder looks like because it's not an ordinary one.



When I double clicked on it, I found these files inside that follow in an image.



Does anybody know what they are, how they got there and if they are safe to delete encase they are part of WINDOWS that moved themselves? I don't want to take the risk and delete them without knowing encase I delete important data that might crash my PC if they do belong to WINDOWS.

Many thanks for letting me know. I was fiddling about with Microsoft Office last night. If I delete this folder and files, would my Microsoft Office crash?

no, they are just there waiting for some weird data merge between different
parts of office

that's why I just stick with the basics, word, excel maybe powerpoint
