Does anyone know what part of Office is used to create crossword puzzles and what tools are used for it, please? I found something out years ago and I think it's in Word but I can't be sure. I clicked on Insert, Reference and Cross Reference. I changed Reference Type to Heading and I can't add anything under For Which Heading. I remember having that problem years ago and I found some instructions on the internet that mentioned the same and it still doesn't work. I don't know if I'm not supposed to use Word or if I am.

Does anybody know what I'm supposed to do?
