Picture quality in SVCD
Hi everyone,
I use Tmpg for encoding, after endless efforts to use CCE.
Does the picture quality through Tmpg suffer? sharpness and colour ? or is it a normal effect of DVD to SVCD? For info I use DVD2SVCD and Tmpg.
I would welcome your experiences to learn more.
At the cost of sounding fool - "what is the DivX" format?
