3gp streaming player

Is there a 3gp player, that can play 3gp files progressively from internet? I tried VLC, but it plays them without sound.

Media Player Classic with FFDSHOW installed should play them flawlessly.

It plays, but it don't plays it progressively from URL, it only fully downloads it and only then plays. I need a player that plays the file like on youtube, streaming.
