nero 7 ultra edition
No help files on disk. Does anyone know where I can get help files (Nero Web site has them but it is impossible to download). Excellent programme but no HELP.

each time I visit nero website and try to download am told it is always busy and try again later. This has been going on now for several months. So I just gave up in the end.Comment

Try to access via ftp, that might work.

Go here & where it says Help Files/Download. If you still have a problem post back & I will zip them & post for you. I just did this & had no problem.

I hope this is okay.
I had to split them up in to 3 folders. Now if these clear, when you download them to your desktop, all you have to do is right click on each file & extract here, then you can move them anywhere you want to.
