Need Help With DVD Shrink!

So I have tried to use DVD Shrink a million times.
Every time I hit "Backup", the program freezes, then I must restart my computer by holding down the power switch.

Does anyone know what's wrong with it?
I have tried to reinstall it and tried older versions, but nothing worked....
