Help with burning movies

i have tried several converters but once i have converted the movies a box always comes up to tell me that is no dvd inserted. can anybody advise me what the propblem is?? thanx

Need more info, what programs used?what are you trying to achieve? what media?explain in detail......

I am on windows xp, i have tried convertxtodvd & prism. Once i have a movie i am able to covert it without a problem. It is when i insert a dvd into the drive that a message comes up saying that there is no media in the drive so i am unable to burn it. I have tried different makes of dvd but the outcome is always the same. Hope this will give you a better idea of the problem. Regards, Steve

what is the drive that you are inserting the blank into?

use device manager and dvd/cdrom drives, exactly?
