you were awfully vague about your problem, our new rule prohibits trying to copy protected encoded dvd's, but synch issues are a big problem for a lot of older computers and software, even playback

before burning are you checking the files on your computer?

where and when are they out of synch?

to do a conversion have as much free resources as possible, a newer computer and leave it alone during the conversion, then save to hard drive and check the files before burning

              that's all you can do

Make sure you have the AC3 codec installed.
                You raise the blade,
                You make the change,
You rearange me till I'm sane.
You lock the door, throw away
                the key,
                There's someone in my head
                and it's not me.

Try using DVD Flick on the files first, to turn them into a standard dvd file that can be burned directly to a disc, or used with Nero to create a more detailed dvd with menus (Flick does not create menus). Flick very nicely handles problem files, without creating the audio sync issue.
