    Help finding a video card

Hello. I need help finding a video card that does screencasting, captures video from external sources, and outputs video to TV. The screencasting and capture need to save to a file type that are usable by a video editing app.

The screencast is for video that's playing on the computer, such as from PC games and flash media. I've tried the search at Pinnacle Studios and ATI with no results, but I'm also a newb at this and might not know what to look for. So any leads on a specific product would be more than helpful.

    Thanks.

    Refresh

Maybe by explaining what I'm trying to accomplish, someone can help me better.

I'm experimenting with programs that do a lot of the gruntwork for making video games, all one has to do is design it to taste. Anyway, I'd like to import video to use for cutscenes, from whatever outside media such as stop-action animation my friends and I have filmed in the past (ameteur style), and I need to email samples to another friend for ideas sharing.

Camtasia uses a feature named screencasting to capture whatever is on the screen, which is helpful for images but I can't figure out how to capture video after trying forever. It has something to do with hardware acceleration which is too confusing. So I asked myself if any video cards handle screencasting as well, since they can do so many other tasks.

I simply need to record the computer screen if it's bringing in video, or to record what's already playing on the computer, as well as being able to output the video for showing it on the TV.

Nevermind, I found the necessary programs. Sharing the info for those interested.

CamStudio (or try official website) is free.

ACA Capture Pro or ACA Screen Recorder isn't.
