I need information on building a greenscreen set

Hello everybody, this is my first post here and I hope someone could help me with a problem in one of my real life jobs. I work with an architect that has a client that needs to build a "greenscreen" wall.
I need to build the actual wall, and from what the client told me, I know that there needs to be a curve between the wall and the floor to "kill" the vertex or angle between the wall and the floor, and that after the curve ends, the floor itself needs to be painted green so that the actor can stand on it.

Google was the first thing I ckecked, but the mojority of links I could find deal with either the process of chromakeying or cloth-based greenscreens. None of the links I found has answered my questions.

My number one concern is if the curve has to be of a specific radius. I also need to know what is the minimum green floor the actor needs in front of the wall.

I would also appreciate any tips any of you think might be useful for this project.

    Thank you very much.

Hi! You might stop by your nearest tv station that has a newscast. They should have a greenwall setup that you can reference to.

The trick is to make sure your lighting is as perfectly even across the entire greenwall and floor for a good clip. A light intensity meter is usefull for this purpose.

Hi Psyonic I will try to help you although my english is not very good. You have here two different issues, one the wall and the other the green screen. With the wall you are talking of a film studio or a photograph studio with an " infinit horizon" ( I do not know the specific term in english this is a translation from the term in spanish) the curve to kill the angle between the wall and the flor I do not know the specific raidius. You mentioned that you are working with an achitect , he sure know how. Another cheaper solution is to built the curve in wood depending on the shot you need and the lenses and camera you will be using. The same with the green screen paint. If you need a close shot you need to paint a small fraction and the other way around. The green screen also is avilable in cloth or paper which you can rent in film or photograph rental houses. Depending also in the shot you need. Probably if you give me some more information I could help . The green screen can also be blue screen , that also depens on the DOP ( director of photogaphy) or the post production people. I hope this could help. I will try to find out the size of the curve a soon as posible.
