How is everyone doing?
I will start off by saying that I while I know a pretty good amount about electronics, I do not know very many specifics about video analysis.
My goal is to locate any software package or program that can analyze digital video submitted via the internet to "scan" or review the video to determine validity. I will be hosting a competition for an event in about 6 months and anticipate a large amount of submissions online. With so many video editing programs available to the general public, I want to help aid my judgment on all video submissions.
I suppose I would specifically be looking for a software program that has the ability to judge significant changes between 1 frame to the other, and therefore detect a possible edited scene, or imposed image, etc.
Any help, suggestions, comments, or references would be greatly appreciated.
