Hello,
I am experiencing some strange horizontal artifacts when trying to encode in Xvid or H.264 at original resolution starting from a MiniDV file. The uncompressed file is fine. I obtain these artifacts only when I encode at original resoluton.
The image presents some thin horizontal lines, which are visible on moving subjects.
If I decrease the resolution the artifacts are not there. Any explanation? Thanks!
