That works fine for Nero Express. But I am working with Nero Vision 4. In Nero Vision 4 there is a section entitled "Configure" that contains a section named "Application Settings." Within Application Settings there are three subsections -- General, Folders, and Messages. Nero Vision 4 also has another section entitled "Video Options." Video Options has two sections -- General, and DVD Video. None of these areas contain anything remotely concerned with the disk being ejected after burning is completed. As far as I can tell, in Nero Vision 4, unlike Nero Express, there are no other sections where any of the applications' settings can be changed. So I am still at the point where I am dependent upon someone reinserting the disk so that I can make sure the burn was OK.

I couldn't find a way to stop the disk eject with Nero Vision either. If you open Nero burning rom, there's a way to stop disk eject, and it sets nero express to do that too. But I found no way to set nero vision to do that. That sucks. My toy:
