Problem!!!

I know I have been a nuisance for the past month but I really need help!!
I downloaded all the TMD versions of movies from Kazaa. Then I would watch the movies from BP player, now here is where the problem started, I loaded in the subtitles and then all the movies turn gray, and no sound!! I re-install the player, deleted the files and re-downloaded them, uninstalled Kazaa, re-installed the codec, and still nothing works!!
What should I do???

Upgrade or, at least reinstall, your video card driver and DirectX version. Also, if you wish not to be a nuisance, do post your threads with better titles (one that sort of describes your problem, instead of just Problem!!!).
