Sound Effects

Does anyone know any sites where I can download free sound effects such as bird's singing? The reason why I need this is because I did some filming outdoors and there was too much wind blowing into the mic and I dubbed out the wind and I want to replace the sound for birds singing. I used to find these sites everywhere but now all I find are the ones where people have to pay money. These are American sites and I have no idea why anyone would pay $2.00 for one sound effect.

This site has public domain sound. They do have bird effects as well as other animals.

Thanks but I found that site and it only has sound effects that last for a few seconds and some contain static in them. Do you know any others?

How long of a track are you looking for?

Also do you have a file format specific? ie: wav, mp3
