Hi. First post. 
I have two problems. The first one is with ConvertXtoDVD. I convert avi to dvd without any problems, but, when I try to watch the movies I have no subtitles. In my dvd player, when I press the subtitles button, I can see that the player recognizes that there is a subtitle and that that subtitle is in portugese, but I can't see it. Players like powerdvd ou divx player do not recognize the subtitles. The second problem is with submux. I put the avi and the srt files in the program, I click mux and it creates a 200/300kb avi file. I'm sure I'm doing everything correctly because I've tried the both programs in my brother's pc and everything went fine. Any help? Thanks
