1st Post...Having a problem

Just a ? i am a fairly well seasoned burner of dvd's as a backup only for my collection and have been running in to this problem regularly. I normally use DVDecripter or Shrink it and right now im trying to backup "Fred Claus"
I know what your thinking why waste your time on that but its not a bad movie entertaining at best but still ! does anyone have a way around a cylinc redundancy check Willing to learn a a trick or two
I really need a little help
