    Configuring My Bluetooth

I have a Bluetooth for my PS3 and something is wrong. It works but I think I might have to configure the settings. What I mean is, when I'm playing a Multi-player game for example, with GTA 4, there have been times when a game only has two other players and I can hear about five people talking. That means they are not in the game, they are chatting elsewhere. I can't figure out how to chat to other players in the same game that I'm playing. What bothers me most is, while I'm shooting, my sound of gunfire is being broadcasted in the voice chat that is somewhere and people chatting might find out who I am and block me. That will make it harder for me to make friends on the PS3 internet if they are blocking me so that they can chat in peace. Of course, I don't mean to ruin their chats because I never did that on purpose. If I get reported I might even get banned from part of the PS3 internet where they think I'm just a person making other people's lives a misery without knowing I'm in the experimental stage where I'm trying to sort things out and chat to people in the game.

    Many thanks.
