I know a lot of you are wise like me. However, if any of you get an e-mail about the Yahoo Briefcase closing, don't open the attachments or respond to it because I believe this is a virus trap from some moron. When you think of it, why would Yahoo send info in two sperate attachments and not type the info in the e-mail itself? I remember years ago when we got something about the Yahoo Messenger closing and that rumour occured once a year and people wasted time passing a protest thing about.
There's been a lot of bogus e-mails under Microsoft where they looked genuine but in fact, the links that were meant to be updates were leading to viruses. I reported this to Microsoft when it happened and they looked into it.
It amazing how sad some people get these days to ruin other people's days and their PC's in they manage to, just like those April Fools pranks we heard about so be careful this year on April Fool's Day. I remember years ago when there was a message on April Fool's Day where somebody sent a message out saying search for a file (and I forogt the name) and if you find that file it's a deadly virus. It wasn't, it was an important file in Windows and some people crashed-up their PC's thinking they were curing it from a virus.
