Help!!!!!!

Hey I must be doing something wrong.
I'm trying to copy DVD's using DVD Shrink and all seems fine but when I put the copied disc into my DVD Player it seems to start half way through the Film and won't let me go to main menu or anything. I'm using Nero 9 to burn the DVD. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong????? Please!!!!!
