    Help with DVDShrink

As I'm no expert in this area I would really appreciate it if someone out there could help me solve this problem....When I use my DVDshrink it is relocating the "files" or "chapters" whatever they are called in the wrong order. So when I burn the DVD it starts from the middle or the end & also it isn't copying the original menu anymore either.(It worked perfectly until recently).
Could someone please tell me what I should do?
    Thank you very much

That program is not discussed here. Please read rule 19.
        You raise the blade,
        You make the change,
You rearange me till I'm sane.
You lock the door, throw away
        the key,
        There's someone in my head
        and it's not me.
