Hello: I know some programs allow you to capture video from Youtube and such, but these don't work if the video is embedded in the website -- the is not in the site's URL

Does anyone know of a way to capture this type of video? Thank-you.

I use this. It's called Kiss You Tube and you don't have to install anything, you can capture from the site itself and it's free. Go to: http://www.kissyoutube.com/watch?v=VKMm4XBsqhk You'll have to copy and paste the link in.
