Is there a "TVCatchup" service available in the US?

Anyone know if there is a service like TVCatchup available in the US? It is a free service that allows you to stream tv to your pc (& out to your tv). I am looking into options such as thins, because I am "cutting the cord" with Sat./Cable (other than internet). Need to save $$$ with this economy situation...

I live in a valley where antenna reception is bad, so tv through the pc is a good option for me. I have TV out on my video card, already tried streaming videos to the tv & it all works well. I would like to have a service like this TVCatchup deal, but I can't find anything like it in my searches. Anyone aware of a similar service, or tv stream websites/etc?
