fraps tutorial link?

i've read a blog (PM me for the link) which talks about profitting from video hosting. i was told by my friend to use fraps to capture video and upload it in youtube but don't know how.

we had a live chat last night. it's very funny coz she's working as a live chat operator at night and I pretended to be a customer haha.
