The info pop-up tells me that the program crashed and I need to read a post & to post the error on this forum. But first, I have to register, and then I can't find whatever the post that the message was referring to. Now that I have registered, found the 'respond email,' concluded the registration process, I am posting something that the administrators will deem negative, but it's only a small part to a large whole. Now, if they want to "walk a mile in my worn out sneakers," maybe then they will understand. So, here's to all the rest of this "horse-hockey' forum!!!!!!!

I supposed you are referring to DVD Shrink or RipIt4Me? The help files of either "dead" software, one of which hasn't been updated in more than half a decade, does refer to this forum, but we no longer allow the discussion of these software, which you would have found out if you had bothered to read the rules before you signed up (you know that checkbox you ticked with the text "I have read, and agree to abide by the Digital Video Forums rules.").
