TV@PC /Video In / Software

I want to watch TV at my PC by using my Video In port. So I need a tool which could capture or show me my TV-programm. I would be nice if the software looks like a DVDplayer or WindowsMediaPlayer.
I tryed virtual dub but at the button some lines are missing and is not a nice prog to watch TV.
The original Software is WinCoder and WinProducer but i lost my paper CD-case and the key which was printed on.

Do you know a nice tool or could you send me the activation key(PM)??
