Audio on a DVD

Hi, sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.
I recently went to an event where they produced a dvd as a reminder of the afternoons activities , however, on watching the dvd there was a different audio song playing in the hall in one paticular section , i wondered if it was possible to replace the section of dvd that has a different track on it(for copyright reasons i'm guessing) and replace it with the actual track i have on cd, then burn it back onto a disc ?

I know it nero light would still work on it.

you have to simply burn those music into the DVD.
