splitting Avi's and MPEG's by size not length how?

howdi all,

I was wondering how can i split AVI files and MPEG files by sizes. coz ive got an avi file size 320 MB as well as an mpeg file of that size, how can i split the file so that it is exactly 95 MB?

Coz TMPEG only does it in lenghth size?

AVI's as well as MMPEG how?
