    MOV problems

I have a few quicktime .mov's that will not let me convert to MPG or anything. It wont let me do anything whatsoever with it. Is there a program I can use that can convert the mov file to an AVI or MPG? Please let me know if you have ANY suggestions. Thanks! I would like to get these MOV files onto a VCD but I havent had any luck, thanks again!

                Also...

Also... I loaded the URL into my Download Accelerator and it says I need a Username and Password. Is there a way you can email the plugin to me? My email is DelVecchioJR@msn.com I would be very grateful if you can help me get this quicktime plugin. Thanks A Lot Again!

As has been posted many times at these forums, it is apparently necessary to turn off your download accelerator (and possibly any firewall) to successfully download from the DVD Digest and DivX Digest sites...

Take a look at RAD Video Tools - freeware that can convert MOV to AVI format.

RAD Game Tools' web page. RAD makes Bink Video, the Telemetry Performance Visualization System, and Oodle Data Compression - all popular video game middleware.
