I ripped Gladiator to the hard drive using Smart-Ripper. I then followed the instructions (to the letter) for splitting ripped DVD to two DVD-R's I found at: http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/derrow/splitdvd.html
This process uses IFOEdit v0.91.
It seems to work great! Everything goes according to the directions, and then I try to burn the disc1 information to the first DVD-R using Nero (5.5.8.2 Demo) and keep getting the following error message:
One or more files (mostly VOB-file(s)) do not belong to the corresponding IFO-file, DVD-Video files reallocation failed.
This does not occur when I try to burn disc2 using the exact same process. The DVD movies play flawlessly from both the disc1 and 2 directories in both IFOEdit and PowerDVD 4.0 XP, but when I try to burn the disc1 data, I get this error message.
Any thoughts?
