I am looking for good and simple mpeg2 player
or how can I play them with WMP. I found elecard mpeg2 player but doesnt have full screen function.

Most software DVD players can playback MPEG-2 clips :

There are also MPEG-2 Directshow filters which you can install to make MPEG-2 playback work in WMP :

WinDVD or PowerDVD. Many DVD-Players also install a plugin that allowes to play MPEG-2-video in the WMP.
