record to vcr from computer

I have the dazzle video creator 50 and have been unsing it to record video to my computer. I would like to be able to use it to record back to the vcr instead of cd. Does anyone know of a software program(preferably freeware) that will do this? One that recognizes the .wmv format would be great.
