Enable a Watermark in Flask ?

Please help I'm trying to enable a watermark in flask 0.6. I think I have everything OK but the image is then a blur on the screen ( well lots of fine coloured lines ) the watermark I mean.
I have created it using PHOTSHOP 6 and saved it as a .bmp with a size of 3 * 3 cms.
Please help me to 'sign' my movies.

I believe it needs to be 24 bit depth.

Thanks for the unwanted, pathetic response. Just because you do not want to carry out a certain function what gives you the right to ridicule and force your views on others. I thought this site was for people willing to help new comers, not embarras them ?
