psx 2 DVD

Ive got a question first off Im new at this kinda thing and was wondering what steps I have to take to download a movie from internet,convert it on a cdr,and play it on a psx 2 dvd player?
If anyone out there knows could you e-mail me info on how to do this.

I would really appreciate it whole heartedly...
