"statsfile not found"?

Hello, recently I just have downloaded the Aone Software MPEG Converter (http://www.zxmedia.com/ultra_mpegconverter.exe), since Im totally blind to virtual dub. But I couldn encode any MPEG file to either xdiv or divx format, all I get is "statsfile not found" message. could someone help me solving this problem? thx in advance!
