Using Titles with NeroVision Express 2

I'm using NeroVision Express 2. I'm able to load and edit the VOB file I'm working on but I want to add titles to my movie and ending credits. I want to put the titles at the beginning before the movie runs and the credits at the end after it ends. Any idea how I do this? They always seem to run over the movie.
